The K.L. Keller Family of Products
Someone once asked me the process whereby I edited our import selection... From any other founder there might be some cerebral response, but at K.L. Keller, the fact is that everything we sell I wanted to be able to eat at home... This simple logic now translates to our family of K.L. Keller foods. We didn't go into this like most folks who do co-packed items to sell water and air and make lots of profit. Our vision was to produce products we hadn't found that we wanted to eat at home, that represented European quality. The whole thing started because I wanted mustard made with the Vinegar of Banyuls: thus was born the K. L. Keller family! Now this brand represents almost 13 SKU's (including the brine mix and the mustard crocks). On the practical side, what we really have been able to enjoy is the efficiency of American producers and the abundance of California. As you can see, California is the theme... And why not??? California is kinda like Provence on steroids!!! I don't mean oversized and fake but I do mean huge with lots of bio-diversity, and millions of acres
of farmland, with tons of really great products waiting for respectful transformation. The K.L. Keller products are custom, proprietary, private recipes made with the exceptional ingredients for which K.L. Keller,
Imports has become known. They contain no fillers or preservatives. We produce 4 Mustards and 2 (Cheese) Condiments, 2 Salts, 1 Brine Mix and 3 Euro-crock sku's with the aforementioned mustard.
